All quotes provided are based on the initial information shared by the customer. Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions, project changes, or additional work requested.

Scheduling & Payments

Project scheduling is subject to availability. Payment terms will be discussed prior to starting any project and must be agreed upon before work begins.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate project details and ensuring clear access to the work area. Any hidden obstacles or changes may affect the project timeline or cost.

Liability

While we take every precaution during our work, Alvarados Landscape and Hardscape Services is not responsible for pre-existing property conditions or issues outside the agreed scope of work.

Cancellations

Any cancellations or rescheduling should be communicated in advance. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to fees depending on project preparation.
